The "100 Wishes" technique serves as a valuable exercise for clearly defining personal aspirations and goals. It involves creating a comprehensive wish list from which one can identify the most significant desires. This approach facilitates the development of organized lists of goals and priorities for various time frames, such as the upcoming month, the next six months, and even a year ahead.

To effectively compose your list of 100 wishes, consider the following guiding questions:
<ul>
 <li>What do I want to do?</li>
 <li>What do I want to try?</li>
 <li>What do I want to learn?</li>
 <li>What are my material desires?</li>
 <li>What do I want to change?</li>
</ul>

As you write down each wish, assess its importance to you by assigning a priority level. For instance, a high-priority wish might be to repay a significant debt that has been causing you stress and anxiety. In such cases, marking this goal with maximum priority reflects its urgency in your life. In contrast, minimal priority could be assigned to less impactful desires, such as acquiring the latest mobile phone model. This item may not substantially alter your daily life, and thus can be set aside until it holds more relevance.

This exercise not only fosters personal growth but also enhances self-realization. When wishes remain unarticulated in one's mind, they can appear overwhelming or unattainable. Documenting these wishes clarifies that many of them are indeed achievable and systematic, thus enabling individuals to pursue their aspirations more effectively.
